Following a lengthy period of development, League of Legends: Wild Rift is just about ready for its first real stress test. The open beta for the much-anticipated mobile version of the beloved LoL has hence been given a concrete launch date. The testing is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, December 10th, Riot Games announced in a press release published this morning.
The open beta period will encompass both the Android and iOS versions of the game. You can already pre-register for either or both by navigating to their Apple App Store and Google Play Store pages. A more limited, closed beta testing has already been underway for the past several weeks, but it was only available to Asian mobile gamers.

Needless to say, the iOS build of LoL: Wild Rift is very likely to be ready for deployment sooner than its Android counterpart, at least assuming Riot will be targeting the last several generations of Android flagships from all mainstream brand.
