NetEase Games and Marvel Games published the official patch notes on Steam for Marvel Rivals Version 20261015, and the update goes live October 15, 2026 at 09:00 UTC with no server downtime. The patch is a Halloween-themed release rather than a gameplay expansion, built around a limited event, a batch of costumes, and a set of hero and map bug fixes.

The main free addition is Rocket Raccoon’s “Trash King” costume, earned by completing event missions in the All Hallows’ Glow event. The main paid change is the Cross-Pool Promo discount on the Halloween Pop & Win refresh, which cuts the cost of matching pulls across the three costume pools. All Hallows’ Glow starts with the patch, while the Pop & Win refresh and the new store items open on October 16. This follows the Season 10.5 update that added the Avengers: Infinity War mode on October 9.

Free event reward and premium costume paths

All Hallows’ Glow runs from October 15, 2026 at 09:00 UTC to November 13, 2026 at 09:00 UTC. Rocket Raccoon’s “Trash King” costume is the free mission reward. The patch notes list Scarlet Witch’s “Chaos Weaver” costume and Hela’s “The Redeemed” costume as premium rewards, so those sit outside the free mission track.

The Halloween Pop & Win refresh runs from October 16, 2026 at 02:00 UTC to November 13, 2026 at 02:00 UTC and features three costumes:

  • Invisible Woman “Unseen Weaver”
  • Deadpool “Nurse-Pool”
  • Mister Fantastic “Mr. Malignance”

Store additions also arrive on October 16, 2026 at 02:00 UTC. Scarlet Witch gets the “Chaos Weaver” Chroma Azure Augury and Scarlet Spinner, plus Ultimate Ability VFX. Invisible Woman gets the “Unseen Weaver” Chroma Ruby Rite and Gilded Gaze, plus Ultimate Ability VFX. These chroma and VFX options are store purchases rather than part of the free event track, and both apply to existing heroes. They join earlier store additions such as the Lunar Luna and Cosmic Spark skins from the October 1 patch.

How the Cross-Pool Promo discount works

The Cross-Pool Promo is a positional discount. When a player pops a costume balloon at full price, the balloon at the same draw number in the other two pools automatically drops to 50% of the original price. The matching position is the trigger, so a full-price pull in one Halloween pool lowers the cost of the matching pulls in the other two.

This matters most for players who want several Halloween costumes. The first full-price choice determines which positions in the other pools become cheaper, so the order of spending can shift the total cost. The official notes describe no stacking rule beyond that automatic half-price reduction.

Hero and map fixes

Two hero fixes are included. Jeff the Land Shark’s Reservoir Ripple bug in Blood Hunt mode is fixed: with the Reservoir trait equipped, Aqua Burst’s blast radius had a small chance not to expand after repeatedly hitting enemies with Splish-Splash Pew Pew.

Black Widow’s Bite Bounce is also fixed. Widow’s Bite Slam mobility could launch her an absurdly long distance, and the patch corrects that behavior.

Map fixes cover various collision issues across several maps that could cause heroes to get stuck. Neither hero change is a balance adjustment; both correct unintended ability behavior.
