On first weekend after release of Fifa 14, game shops remained open for Fifa fans that scrambled to get game’s copy before weekend. Comparing sales of GTA 5 and Fifa 14, Rockstar publisher’s sales dropped by 82 percent after first week of release and EA publisher’s sales dropped down by just 68 percent. This comparison offers a top slot to Fifa 14. Some gaming experts believe that Fifa 14 sales are probably down because players are waiting for its PS4 and Xbox one version.
Besides Fifa 14, there is another soccer game in charts named as “Pro Evolution Soccer 2014” But as far as sales and fan following is concerned, this game is nowhere close to Fifa 14. Many gaming experts believe that latest updates, next-gen details, screenshots and console versions will further increase sales volume of Fifa 14. Some experts also believe that Fifa fans might have less cash this year as too much money has been spent on GTA 5.
