The said application was first created for the web, but he made a mobile-friendly webpage for it later on. Ever since he created it, the game he developed has already received a lot of derivatives found in Google Play and on iTunes. However, none of them were created by Cirulli.
1024 is the Android and iOS game that inspired 2048. It is using a similar concept with the one that Threes has, which is another iOS and Android game. These games have already had their own moments of popularity among users of operating systems such as iOS and Android. Also, they have all received positive reviews from their users, especially from the top gaming publications. The said breakthrough has become the reason why critics have seen 2048 to be the newest addictive mobile game.
There are a lot of similarities between 2048, Threes and 1024. All of them feature grids measuring 4×4 which are filled with numbers. The game players are supposed to have these grid tiles with the same digits combined. They can add them as they swipe in certain directions. The players’ goal is to make the biggest number that they can possibly come up with. And with 2048, obviously, 2048 is the player’s goal.
