Television and the way people watch have changed a lot over the past 50 years, people enjoyed everything from basic cable to xfinity. As people became more interested in television and what they watched on it, there became more of a need to enhance and change how people watch television; people demanded more from their cable. People got their wish granted when two new players were introduced and forever changed how people watch television, the Roku 3 and the Amazon Fire Tv. Each of these allow people to do more than just watch television. Here are some key differences and features of both interfaces:
Amazon Fire Tv, this interface comes with internet capabilities which allow people to get on the internet to do things like do searches. Another positive aspect of it is that a person can conduct relevant channel searches, watch netflix not to mention that Amazon Fire Tv allows a person to auto-tune a program so they can watch it at a later point. What makes Amazon Fire Tv such a beauty to have is that if a person can’t remember what the movie or show is that they want to watch then all they have to do is use the voice activation feature on the remote and say the actor’s name and the movie will pop up automatically. Coincidentally, a person can access all of this for just 100 dollars a month; not a bad deal.
Roku 3 is great in the aspect that people cannot only watch tv, but they can do other things such as watch Netflix and go to Youtube to watch videos from their favorites list or whatever video that they want to watch. A welcome feature of Roku 3 is that people can watch the news for just about every country, this is a welcome feature for humanitarians who are interested in what’s going on in the world or even people who are looking to go on a vacation to a particular place. What also makes Roku 3 a great buy is that when a person pays the 100 dollars for the box and get all of the things that come with it, they don’t have to spend money on anything extra; it’s a one time fee which means saving money. People would spend less money on having the Roku 3 than they would if they had Amazon Fire Tv which requires them to spend up to another 100 dollars in order to take full advantage of it.
If I had a choice between the Roku 3 and Amazon Fire Tv, I would definitely go with the Amazon Fire Tv. I think Amazon Fire Tv is better because not only could a person watch tv as well as search for what they want to watch, but Amazon Fire Tv has dozens of games that a person can play using the controller that was made for it; it has something for all ages from kids to adult. What I also like about Amazon Fire Tv is the password protection feature where you could keep your kids from watching things on television that they are not supposed to. Amazon Fire Tv is very fast and delivers on getting a person to where they’re going fast, quick and in a hurry not to mention what they want.
