Playstation 4 owners will be glad to hear that the Playstation Plus service will be bringing them quite a few hours of horrific and gory gameplay. Outlast will be free through the service on the Playstation 4. Playstation Plus subscribers will also be getting a free copy Payday 2 and Metro: Last light on the Plasyation 3, along with Capcom’s Remember Me, while Vita owners will be able to kick some serious butt in Street Fighter X Tekken. In addition, ModNation Racers: Road Trip will also be on the offering list for the Playstation mobile console.
Outlast is one great horror game, with plenty of elements to ensure chills run down your spine. It also looks good enough to be a worthwhile addition to the constantly growing Playstation 4 roster. Metacritic ratings for Outlast are overall positive, with an 80 critic rating and an 85 community rating, which are well deserved. It’s definitely a nice offer from Sony, and goes to show that there’s solid value in the Playstation Plus service.
Metro: Last Light is another impressive title, with even better metacritic ratings. If you own a Playstation 3, you should definitely consider picking it up, as exploring 2034’s post-apocalyptic Moscow is quite the experience. Mutants, darkness and scares are included. It definitely seems that February’s Playstation Plus line-up is a horror-survival based one.
As for the other titles on the table, they are all above average titles that are definitely worth giving a try. This is great month for Playstation Plus subscribers, and there’s definitely enough of the bang for the buck. Considering that an annual subscription costs $49.99, this is a great line-up. Not to mention the various discounts available through Plus. Which title are you the most excited about?
