When Microsoft announced that they are buying Nokia, questions were asked how other OEM would feel about it. Nokia is after all the biggest original equipment manufacturer of the Microsoft mobile platform. Well, it looks like the move has not alienated other OEM.
Archos in fact announced that they are looking to go into the Windows phone market. Currently, the company offers a variety of Android powered devices. They have yet to make a Windows phone but Loic Poirier, Archos CEO, stated that the market for Windows phones is now mature for them to enter.
Alcatel and ZTE, both OEM of Android phones have already come out and announced that they are planning to make Windows phones in the future.
