Following Ubisoft’s supposed, yet controversial stance on parity and the PlayStation 4, Xbox One versions of their upcoming game, Assassin’s Creed Unity, some rather fortunate news has developed regarding another incoming Ubisoft title – Far Cry 4.
The latest Far Cry 4 developments have to do with how long it will take players to fully complete the game (100%), as well as what targeted resolution and framerate the developers are aiming for in terms of the PlayStation 4 version of Far Cry 4.

Far Cry 4 – 35 Hours Long at 1080p/30 FPS
In a series of tweets made by Alex Hutchinson, the creative director for Far Cry 4 at Ubisoft Montreal, he has revealed that their upcoming, open-world first person-shooter is aiming for a target resolution and framerate of 1080p and 30 frames per second, respectively, on the PlayStation 4.

Additionally, Hutchinson mentioned that Far Cry 4‘s multiplayer modes and PC system requirements will be revealed sometime in the near future, as seen in another of his tweets below:

In related news, PlayStation’s official YouTube channel has recently released a new trailer for Far Cry 4 showcasing the region of Kyrat in great detail.
The trailer in question is entitled, “Welcome to Kyrat – Part 1: Lowlands,” and can be seen below:
The video is set to be the first in a series that will explore varying aspects and gameplay mechanics of both Far Cry 4 and the gamer’s paradise that is the region of Kyrat.
Far Cry 4 will be available for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC on November 18th, 2014 in North America and Europe.
