Sure it almost took a month but the Titanfalll: IMC Rising DLC pack is finally coming to the Xbox 360
EA has announced that the final piece of Titanfall DLC, the IMC Rising pack will be released on the Xbox 360 on October 21st. The pack contains three maps and was originally released on the PC and Xbox One back in September 25th.
The Titanfall: IMC Rising pack contains the maps Backwater, Zone 18 and Sandtrap for players to parkour, tear apart and get taken part by Titans in. Starting with Backwater, it’s a hidden bootlegging colony filled with elevation changes and open fields so the Titans have plenty of room to fight it out. The elevation changes meanwhile give pilots a way to ambush other pilots and Titans or even escape, while pilots also have their own place to shoot it out in the grain storage area.
Zone 18 is a IMC Robotic Zone which is divided by a supply path down the middle, as well as littered with buildings for pilots to enter to get away from the Titans. The rooftop of Zone 18 has very limited cover meaning that while it may not be the best place to hide from a Titan, the limited cover does make them a great area for both snipers and players looking to ride/ambush Titans.
The final map in the pack is called Sandtrap and its the most Titan friendly area in the map pack. Sandtrap is a converted IMC fuel facility which is filled with wide open places perfect for Titans, while pilots can escape by wall running in the chasms although if you fail to wallrun, a fatal drop awaits you. Pilots who don’t wish to take a swim in the fuel can also take the roofs and structures around the map, but they offer very little cover at best.
There will almost be a one month difference in time that it took EA to release the IMC Rising DLC pack to Xbox 360 and you really have to ask what took them so long. Speaking of which what’s your opinion on this delay and if you’ve got the Xbox 360 version, are you still playing Titanfall or has your interest died?
The Titanfall IMC Rising DLC pack will be released on the Xbox 360 on October 21st and is the final piece of DLC coming to Titanfall. Back in September 23rd EA released a trailer showing off the three IMC Rising maps in action and here it is.
