Apple’s latest iPhone 6 has broken a lot of records in the time of its release, as it come loaded with many features that have quickly grasped the attention of the public. Most of the features on the iPhone 6 are cool and useful, but also a lot of the features don’t amount to much, and can clearly view that Apple has much work to do. So just to point some out that you probably don’t know we pointed out the useless features.
Parallax
Parallax lets you get a 3D perspective in your home screen by moving your phone from side to side. Although in theory sounds cool, it actually means that you will burn through your battery life, and for a while will make you even dizzy.
Spotlight
This feature was designed in order to enhance the search system of the iPhone 6. Using Spotlight will query up more than usual results. However the displayed results won’t have much to do with what you were actually looking for initially. The good news is that you can tweak the feature in order to show less or more of the results that would likely match what you are looking for.
Keyboard Predictions
This feature is new for the iPhone helps you when start typing, in so much that it predicts the next word you will likely type. It is based on your text you previously typed, basically learning from each of your texts. That means your passwords will be displayed when you go to the respective webpages, and even stored in your keyboard, which lately isn’t the best option. This is especially worrisome if it falls into the wrong hands!
Health
Why it is touted as a good thing, it is particularly useless as it is used rarely. The app is supposed to help give you information that is medical related, and helpful suggestions, but many of the iPhone users haven’t quite caught on to it.
Alerts For Apps
Your iPhone 6 will continually alert you about the apps that run in your background, as the device wants to know whether you want it to stop or continue to run. While this is great for knowing what is probably draining your battery, it is really annoying. So in order to stop it you have to go to your Settings, and then check your General section, and select the Background App Refresh. It’s just useless!
