It’s story-time with the new Final Fantasy Type-0 HD Enter the Fray trailer
So Square why didn’t you release Type-0 outside Japan back in 2011 anyway?
In celebration of the starting of the Paris Games Week Square Enix has just released a brand new trailer for the upcoming Final Fantasy game titled the Final Fantasy Type-0 HD Enter the Fray. This new trailer focuses more on the Milites Empire, who are the driving force behind the war that will engulf the story.
In the world of Final Fantasy Type-0 four nations have formed around the use of four great crystals and these countries are the Milites Empire, the Dominion of Rubrum, the Kingdom of Concordia and Lorican Alliance. Each of these nations were enjoying an era of peace till the Milites Empire launched an attack on the Dominion of Rubrum in order to gain their crystal.
While Rubrum managed to hold out at the start by harnessing the power of their crystal, the Milites Empire overran them easily after they dropped a machine near the crystal that cut everyone off from it. When the Dominion of Rubrum was attacked they called in Class Zero, a group of 12 students from the Vermillion Peristylium and the people you’ll be playing as.
So Final Fantasy Type-0 will be running with a fairly traditional premise for a Final Fantasy story with an evil empire out to seek the four magical crystals and only one group of heroes being able to stop them, but something you may have noticed about the graphics is that they look a little off in the trailers gameplay scenes. The reason for this is that Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is a remake of a PSP title that only in Japan back in October 2011.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD will be coming to the Xbox One and PS4 on March 17 2015 and it will come with a demo for Final Fantasy 15.
