Still no news on when DriveClub PS Plus Edition is coming out but here’s the December/January PS4 PS Plus lineup
Sony has revealed that PS Plus owners with a PS4 can look forward to getting games like Injustice: Gods Among Us and inFamous: First Light as part of the December/January PS4 PS Plus lineup. This came with the news that DriveClub PS Plus Edition won’t be coming out anytime soon.
PS4 PS Plus subscribers looking to play some games with friends should look no further than Secret Ponchos.
Starting in December PS4 PS Plus owners will be able to download Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition and Secret Ponchos. Injustice: Gods Among Us is a DC fighting game developed by NetherRealm Studios and the Ultimate Editions comes with all the games DLC costumes and characters.
Secret Ponchos meanwhile is a top-down shooter with a graphic novel artstyle and along with single and online support Secret Ponchos also has split-screen support. These titles make December a great month for PS4 PS Plus owners looking for games to play with friends.
In January PS4 PS Plus owners will be getting inFamous: First Light and The Swapper. inFamous: First Light is a standalone expansion to the PS4 title inFamous: Second Son. The story takes place before the events of Second Son and follows the conduit, Abigail Walker.
The Swapper meanwhile is isometric puzzle platform game taking place set in the far reaches of space. Featuring an experimental device capable of cloning the user and swapping control between the two, The Swapper is an exploration game at heart.
As you may have noticed the DriveClub PS Plus Edition isn’t mentioned here but on the PlayStation Blog before revealing the December/January PS4 PS Plus lineup, Matthew Harper, the senior manager from PlayStation Digital Platforms said that “we understand many of you are waiting for DRIVECLUB PS Plus Edition to be added to the Instant Game Collection, and we apologize that the game is not yet ready to launch. We want you to know that we’re committed to providing DRIVECLUB PS Plus Edition to members when it’s ready, and the Evolution team is working hard to make it a reality“.
