Nintendo has revealed the list of new downloadable titles and sales on its North American 3DS and Wii U eShops for the week of November 13, 2014.  Here’s the list of the digital content highlights releasing on Nintendo’s digital distribution platform within the next seven days.


 

On the 3DS eShop:

  • I’ve Got To Run: Complete Edition! ($4.99)

In this 2D Endless Runner, you must guide Roy the Marshmallow Boy and his friends through a series of increasingly difficult levels. Featuring six distinct modes in Endless Classic, Endless Double, Endless Special, Endless Expert, Endless Flip and Endless Flight, the game offers a lot of variety with its gameplay that will certainly appeal to Endless Runner fans.

 

  • Picross e5 ($5.99)

Picross fans, rejoice! The fifth installment of the popular Picture Crossword Puzzle game arrives on the 3DS eShop this week with more than 150 new puzzles to solve. But that’s not all; it also has all three game modes of the last game in Micross, Mega Picross and 20×15 Picross. It’s an extremely easy pick up and play experience that newcomers will have an easy time learning the basics of Picross.

 

  • Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal ($39.99)

Amy has been kidnapped and it’s up to Sonic and his gang, including a new character in Stix, to save her from the hands of Lyric, the main villain in the Wii U version of Sonic Boom. Additionally, players who have the Wii U version of Sonic Boom as well as the 3DS one will unlock exclusive in-game bonuses via local communication.

 

  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Danger of the Ooze ($29.99)

Shredder and his army of mutants are threatening to unleash the power of the Super Mutagen to destroy New York City and it’s up to the four beloved turtles to stop his plan. Since you’ll be able to switch between turtles at any moment, you’ll need to eliminate the various threats hunting NYC while upgrading each of the turtles’ unique abilities.

 

  • Tetris Ultimate ($19.99)

The most popular puzzle game on the planet is arriving on the 3DS as Tetris Ultimate with six exciting modes that will have you making block lines for hours on end. Additionally, this 3Ds version will capture and save your games, allowing you to analyse them and work on your strategies.

 

  • Scarygirl Illustration Kit ($4.99)

Create and share your own MP4 movies with this vector animation and illustration program that will make you feel like a professional. You’ll be able to export your illustration to your SD card in JPG or SVG format and movies in MP4 format.

 

  • Winx Club Saving Alfea ($29.99)

Play as six of your favourite Winx characters in the puzzle platformer Winx Club Saving Alfea. It features 32 replayable levels that have 10 interactive objects.


 

On the Wii U eShop:

  • A World of Keflings ($9.99)

Playing as your Mii character, you’ll need to help and use your Keflings’ harvesting abilities to build a giant kingdom in A World of Keflings. There are so many things to do inside this city-building adventure that it will certainly keep you busy for quite some time.

 

  • Mario Kart 8 – DLC Pack 1 ($7.99)

Two Grand Prix Cups, three new playable racers and two new vehicles are heading to Mario Kart 8 with its first piece of DLC. With tracks ranging from settings in the Zelda, F-Zero and Excitebike universes, you’ll be able to race with Link’s brand new Master Cycle or with Cat Peach and Tanooki Mario with the B-Dasher. Don’t forget, the second piece of DLC will launch in May of 2015 as well.

 

 

  • Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric ($49.99)

As Sonic, Tails, Amy or Knuckles, your job is to save the world from the powerful snake-like villain named Lyric. The team will have to put their differences aside and race across ancient ruins, the depths of the ocean and through time while fighting Lyric’s army of angry robots. It also features two-player co-op as well as a four-player Team Challenge mode. Players who have also purchased the 3DS version of Sonic Boom, Shattered Crystal, will unlock some special upgrades in Rise of Lyric.

 

  • Tengami ($9.99)

With its atmospheric world and pop-up book styled adventure, Nyamyam’s Tengami is an experience inspired by Japanese culture that is unlike any other. It is filled with puzzles and secrets to discover and solve, all of which accompanied by a haunting soundtrack that only enhances the game’s mysteriousness.

 

 

  • Xavier ($4.99)

As Xavier, a teenage caveman, you must go on an adulthood journey with this prehistoric themed side-scrolling Platformer. With its various creatures to fight, puzzles to solve and secrets to unravel, Xavier will have you explore a beautiful prehistoric world filled with obstacles to get through.


 

On both the Wii U and 3DS eShops:

  • Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham ($TBD on eShop, 29.99 for the 3DS version and $49.99 fpr the Wii U version at Retail)

Brainiac has obtained the power of the Lantern Rings and wants to shrink planets to add them to his collection. However, with the help of Batman and over 150 DC Comic characters, you’ll have to find a way to stop Brainiac’s evil plan and save the world beyond Gotham.


 

On the 3DS Virtual Console:

  • Pokémon Trading Card Game ($5.99)

Are you good enough to take on the greatest Pokémon Trading Card Game players of all-time? If so, the Grand Masters are looking for a player worthy of inheriting the four rare legendary Pokémon cards in the Virtual Console version of Pokémon Trading Card Game. You’ll need to build your own card deck, brush up on your skills with the Challenge Machine and test your abilities in the Challenge Hall in order to prove your worthiness.


 

On the Wii U Virtual Console:

  • Mario Kart: Super Circuit ($7.99)

With over 20 courses as well as your favourite Nintendo characters set in a competitive kart-racing scenario, Mario Kart: Super Circuit brings the on-the-go experience that was available on the GBA over to the Wii U. Though it only supports single-player, you’ll have tons of fun throwing banana peels, red shells and green shells while racing for the top position in Grand Prix Cups.


 

New demos arriving to the eShops:

  • European Conqueror 3D (3DS)

This strategy game set during World War II now has free demo available on the 3DS eShop. The game is currently available at a reduced price of $2.79 instead if $3.99.

  • Flowerworks HD: Follie’s Adventure (Wii U)

This 1080p/60 FPS remastered version of the WiiWare titles now has a free demo available on the Wii U eShop. The full game is currently available for $2.00.


 

And finally, eShop sales:

  • Abyss (Wii U)

This game is 25 percent off until December 4 on the Wii U eShop, making it $1.49 instead of $1.99.

  • BIT.TRIP Presents…Runner2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien (Wii U)

This title is more than 60 percent off from November 14 to November 24 on the Wii U eShop, making it $4.99 instead of $14.99. (

  • Chubbins (Wii U)

This platforming game is 25 percent off until November 20 on the Wii U eShop, making it $2.99 instead $3.99.

  • Darts Up 3D (3DS)

This dart simulation game is more than 60 percent off until Dec 4 on the #DS eShop, making it $0.99 instead of $2.99.

  • European Conqueror 3D (3DS)

This WWII strategy game is more than 30 percent off until November 27 on the 3Ds eShop, making it $2.79 instead of $3.99.

  • Soccer Up 3D (3DS)

This title is more than 70 percent off until December 4 on the 3DS eShop, making it $1.99 instead of $6.99.
