I am Bread

With games like Surgeon Simulator 2013 and Octodad, a day never goes by that I question whether or not video games are art! The next game from the developers behind Surgeon Simulator 2013 has players take on the role of a slice of bread. Yep, you read that correctly.

I am Bread from Bossa Studios has you control a slice of bread for who knows why! This slice of bread has a journey of its own to embark on as it explores a house. Because you know, bread being bread and just getting eaten would be overrated. As you play I am Bread more and more you’ll progressively understand why it is that you’re out and about exploring what this house has to offer.

I am Bread is now available on Steam Early Access; which as we all know, that means it’s still in development. However, to celebrate its launch, the team has a 15% discount on Steam currently pricing the game at $8.99 (as opposed to $9.99).

“The beautiful story of one slice of bread’s epic and emotional journey as it embarks upon a quest to become toasted. As you delve deeper and deeper into the story of ‘I am Bread’, you’ll notice that things aren’t quite what they seem….”
