Famed Nintendo Designer, Shigeru Miyamoto, Tests Out Oculus Rift Headset

One of the most esteemed and legendary game designers of all time, Shigeru Miyamoto tries out the Oculus Rift Headset at E3.

The Oculus Rift is a virtual headset worn by players to fully immerse them in their gameplay.  Controllers such as the Playstation Motion Controllers for the PS3 are used in conjunction with the headset.

The title he was playing is unknown at the time.

About Mr. Miyamoto:

Originally hired as an apprentice in the planning department of Nintendo in 1977, Mr. Miyamoto is best known for creating some the best world-renown video game franchises including:

Donkey Kong,

Super Mario Bros.

and The Legend of Zelda

He has also worked on a variety of Nintendo titles such as Ice Climber, Kid Icarus, and Devil World.
