The next Apple flagship is said to arrive in late August or early September, but the latter is more likely.

One of the main features rumored about the Apple iPhone 6 is its display. Although, the company will most likely continue to choose a display, which size is suitable for an easy to grip design that gives a natural feel, a patent discovered by Apple Insider, shows that the company will most probably introduce an innovative display with Sapphire coating, which will further strengthen it. Moreover, a batch processing will allow for the manufacturing cost go down, resulting in a cheaper but as effective results.

Another speculation suggest that it is highly likely for the Apple iPhone 6 to feature a new A8 chip that is more powerful than its predecessor. This will result not only in a better multimedia experience and improved overall performance, but will let developers further unravel their imagination resulting in amazing new applications and a better gaming experience.

Some advancements in the LED backlighting technology, which Apple uses with its mobile devices, suggest that it may be possible for the iPhone 6 to be thinner than ever. The LED backlight technology will supposedly shift from 0.6 mm to a 0.4 mm model, but information about the size of the newest addition to the mobile smartphone line released by Apple is yet to be unveiled.

Having in mind that the first few iPhones were announced during June, but the latest addition were announced in September, we should see the new announcement of the iPhone 6 either at the end of the summer or in the Fall of 2014. However, no official or insider information regarding a certain date has been released.

Although most people believe that Apple prematurely releases new product every year that are not that huge of an upgrade compared to their predecessors, the new iPhone 6 will most probably be a worthy upgrade. Stronger and more powerful than before, we should be able to see the new smartphone as soon as Fall, 2014, but until then if no insider or official information is released all we are left with are rumors and speculation.
