If you can guess the ending to Murdered: Soul Suspect, you might be able to score some cash

In a recent YouTube interview with game.co.uk, Murdered: Soul Suspect writer Doug Van Horne and Chief Creative Officer Matt Brunner pose an interesting challenge to players:

The Airtight panel was asked if the game would keep players guessing. Van Horne gave a safe, modest answer about how the goal of all mysteries keep people guessing and intrigued for as long as possible. However, at about 6:48, Brunner interjects by saying “my guess is — and I would bet money on this — is that unless somebody read a spoiler, there is no way they are going to guess what the final element is.” Van Horne quickly agreed with this statement.

This isn’t the first promise that Brunner has made about the game. About a month ago he told GameSpot that Murdered: Soul Suspect will run at a NATIVE 1080p resolution on both the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. This was right in the heat of Resolutiongate 2014 in which journalists and gamers were gobbling up any loose information on the upscaling or downscaling of the resolutions for Titanfall, Infamous, Watch Dogs, and others, so it was a pretty brave statement. Airtight does have some extra time to work on the game as Murdered: Soul Suspect is set to release June 3 in the United States and June 6 in Europe.

The other news from London’s BAFTA Inside Games event (where the above video took place) was that the Murdered: Soul Suspect UK pre-order package will offer £5 off the retail price. This seems to be a UK-only promotion. There will be a Limited Edition version of the game that will be available on a first-come first-served basis for pre-orders select retailers (including Amazon, GameStop and the Square Enix Store). This limited edition will come with a physical version of the main character’s notebook and a digital map that shows all of the clues, secrets and Easter Eggs found in the game.

Finally, it is worth noting that Xbox Achievements posted the Xbox 360 and Xbox One achievement lists for the game (SPOILERS!) here. Click at your own risk.
