Microsoft files for “Eden Falls” trademark.

by GH Staff

Microsoft has filed for a new trademark called “Eden Falls”. The game had been filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on April 16. The trademark, discovered by NeoGAF, has been filed as a “entertainment services, namely, providing an online computer game.”

While no concrete information has been released, a twitter page for “Eden Falls” has the studio LiftLondon attached. LiftLondon was opened by Microsoft back in 2013 as a development team for smartphones and tablets. Whether the recently filed “Eden Falls” will be for mobile or console, we will have to wait for an official announcement.

This isn’t the first trademarked filed by Microsoft in the last couple of months. Three other new ip’s in “Snap Attack”, “Secrets and Treasures”, and “Screamride” have all be trademarked by Microsoft. As it seems, this E3 will in fact be all about games for the Xbox brand. Whether this game will be for mobile only devices or possibly come to console, it’s good to see Microsoft push for more games. What do you think about the trademark?
