EA announces Madden 15 release date, reveals teaser trailer

by GH Staff

There’s no year without a Madden title. Period. But hey, players must enjoy the series for a reason, and as long as we see improvements in as many aspects as possible, we won’t complain. This year’s Madden will be entitled Madden 15. Pre-ordering is now possible, and the game will be launched this summer, more exactly on the 26th of August. The first teaser trailer has also been revealed, and the trailer teases a transformation that we’ll be able to see in June. This most likely refers to the fact that Madden 15 will be present at E3 2014 in June, where more details about the game will no doubt be revealed.

The teaser trailer highlights a realistically rendered Luke Kuechly, a well-known defensive player for the Carolina Panthers, a team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We don’t see much from the game itself, but given the fact that it was likely developed with the new generation consoles in mind, we’ll at least be seeing significant updates to visual fidelity. We’re also hoping to see some considerable improvements to opponent AI as well. Madden 15 will be released for the PS3, Xbox 360, PS4 and Xbox One. The game can be pre-ordered for $59.99, a relatively standard price for EA Sports titles.
