Final Fantasy explorers is an upcoming Nintendo 3DS game which has been announced in Japan. The news was picked up yesterday by SiliconEra. Now, it seems like we have our first hints that the game will be localized for the west, with Square Enix trademarking the name Final Fantasy Explorers in the U.S.
The game consists of a fairly free world where you run around exploring. You are able to play as a number of classes. In fact, just a few days ago we broke the news that there will be up to 20 playable classes available. The game consists of you and your party of 4 explorers wandering around an island battling monsters.
While not many details are yet known on the upcoming game, we can at least assume that it is now going to come to the U.S., and presumably will be localized in all regions. An official website for the game was recently put up. As of now, it is still all in Japanese, but hopefully soon we will get more information on the worldwide releases of the game.
