Developers and Google I/O attendees received a nice free Android Wear Watch. Unfortunately, when they tried to use navigation commands they must have realized that this aspect of the experience was very flawed. It simply wasn’t working at all because commands would not carry through to the phone. This problem will be fixed with an important update to the Google Maps version 8.1.1.
The update should come to your device shortly and is able to diminish the regular bugs in the ordinary system and will add will add support for Android Wear devices. These navigation and other maps will now work adequately on the phone and are interpreted in a stellar. Users can search for an area, plot where they are, see directions, and even exit the phone when finished all from the comfort of one’s wrist.
Now that this new version of the Android War SDK is available and the watches are available, this one of many of app updates that consumers can expect to see in the coming weeks and months. These are exciting times indeed! The Google Keep and Google Play Services are also being updated for this product!
