Mass Effect 4, Tomb Raider, Uncharted 4 – Amazing new glimpses at VGX Show

by GH Staff

Coming live in just a few hours, via the power of internet streams, Spike TV’s Gaming Awards for 2013 will give the stage to developers and it is said that they will be revealing new information on Mass Effect 4, Uncharted 4, Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition and a lot of other titles and companies. For the first time ever, renamed to the VGX Awards and streamed only through online live streams, the game awards will be hosted by none other than Community Star – Joel McHale.

Although it is not E3, the VGX show this year is set to rock the stage with amazing news from the gaming world on both highly anticipated titles and new works of developers. The main event is said to feature BioWare’s start of the new trilogy – Mass Effect 4. It is highly likely that we will be able to see the new trailer of Mass Effect 4 and probably get some additional information around the release date.

The next gen version of Tomb Rider will also be revealed at the VGX. The lights will hit Uncharted 4 as well, as developers at Naughty Dog recently announced it. As we know, The Last of Us and Uncharted 3 were both announced at the VGAs, so it is pretty certain that we will get some new information on the new Uncharted 4.

Fallout 4, unfortunately won’t be available at this year’s show. As the Survivor 2299 turned out to be a hoax, the hopes of getting more information on the probably-in-development title Fallout 4 are slimmer than ever. Moreover, Pete Hines from Bethesda has tweeted that he won’t be going to the VGX and that Bethesda won’t be showing or talking about anything at the show. Unfortunately, we just won’t see anything about Fallout 4 at the VGX show.

All in all, the most popular rumors about the VGX show are going around Mass Effect 4. Will we see new content or get at least some information about the game – we still don’t know. However, the VGX show is right around the corner, beginning in 6 pm ES, so be sure to tune in to twitch.tv or some other live stream and see what exactly will be on the stage and what to expect in the upcoming 2014 from the gaming world.
