Xbox’s Netflix and Twitch applications are suffering limited playback, while EA is currently investigating connectivity issues for FIFA 14 after Microsoft issued a service alert for Xbox LIVE.
Purchase and content usage features are limited on the online platform as problems with Xbox LIVE’s connectivity continue. According to Microsoft, a lot of the issues surround the downloading of already purchased items across Xbox One, Xbox 360 and other Microsoft platforms.
“Xbox members, we know some of you are unable to watch television seasons that you’ve already purchased from Xbox Video, and we’re diligently working to correct this issue right away,” the company has said. “We appreciate your patience during this process and will update you again when we have more information.”
According to their Twitter, EA are investigating the connectivity issues across Xbox One and Xbox 360 and apologised for the inconvenience to customers. It’s unclear when gamers can expect the connectivity issues to be sorted, but with both major companies aware and working on it, it hopefully won’t be too long.
