According to Sammobile, Samsung will be rolling out the KitKat Android 4.4.2 update to its older Galaxy Note II series of mobiles. The Note II which features the S-Pen isn’t the newest of devices, but its good to see that Samsung haven’t forgot about supporting their older devices and giving it firmware updates from time to time.
AT&T have started to rollout the KitKat update on their Galaxy Note 2, firmware version I317UCUCNE5. And it adds more emojis icons, will help the mobile run faster and smoother, wireless printing is now supported, closed captions, updated Samsung Apps and new status icons and features of Kitkat.
Since the firmware up date has been sent out to carriers its just a matter of time before other Note II’s get hold of the update.
Make sure you check your phones OTA (Over the air) update system from the setting menu. In more and then About Phone you can check for the Android 4.4.2 update for your Note 2.
