This phone was released in November 2013. It may have more pros than cons. Since it is a Windows 8 phone, it is a popular favorite among business users.

Dual capture, Pure View technology and face detection features are also included. 1080p video recording is also available in this phone, while the front 1.2 mega pixel camera records videos at 720p resolution. This phone has 2 GB RAM to support its 2.2 GHz Quad core processor. On the downside, the 3400 mAh battery in this phone is irreplaceable.
Huawei Ascend P7
This phone was released in 2014. It features the latest Android Kit Kat v4.4.2 OS. This phone is quite popular among Android users as it has some really great features.

Weighing only 124 grams, this phone is much lighter than Lumia 1520. It has 139.8 x 68.8 x 65.5 mm dimensions. The screen size is 5 inches only. However the screen is very brightly illuminated with 441 ppi resolution. This phone is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and features Emotion UI 2.3.

This phone features records videos at1080p as well. The front camera is 8 mega pixels. The processor capacity of this phone is similar to Lumia 1530. It has 1.8 GHz Quad core processor and a 2 GB RAM. Therefore this phone runs smoothly. The 2500 mAh battery in this phone is non removable.
Overall
Both the phones have non removable batteries, but the battery capacity of Lumia 1520 is much higher than Ascend P7. This is perhaps the only big difference among the two. You can choose either of them as both are high performance phones.
