Xbox One is still on its game to become your number ONE (pun intended) home entertainment system. Earlier this summer, Xbox announced it had almost 80 new entertainment apps on the way for Xbox One, including the long requested HBO GO and Vine, the iOS and Android video social network making its first jump to consoles on the One.
Well now, Xbox has released 2 new entertainment apps now available for download: USA Now and SyFy Now. USA Now will give users the chance to catch up on all those episodes of Burn Notice you’ve been meaning to catch up on, or if you wanna give White Collar a shot.
SyFy Now gives access to such shows as Doctor Who and Being Human. It also features the TV series Defiance, which the MMO shooter of the same name is based off of, so if you want to check it out and you have an Xbox One, now’s your chance! Sadly, no Sharknado yet.
Over the next few months, Xbox will slowly be releasing new entertainment apps to Xbox One that fans have been waiting for. This will push Xbox over Playstation in terms of content, as some Playstation fans are upset at the lack of entertainment apps.
