The limited edition white Xbox One, which was exclusively offered to every member of the Xbox team at the initial launch of Microsoft’s console, is expected to hit stores later this year.
French retailer Micromania has listed the product under “Pack Xbox One Blanche + Sunset Overdrive Exclu Micromania,” with this translating into English as “Pack Xbox One White + Sunset Overdrive Excluded Zappos.”
Listed on the website at €399.99 (which will approximately work out at £330 in the United Kingdom and $400 in the United States), the white Xbox One has a similar price range as the Kinect-less model that Microsoft announced earlier this year.
However, Microsoft’s latest IP, Sunset Overdrive, is bundled with the Xbox One, making this a more cost-effective option for those who are looking to buy the console. Revealed earlier this year at Microsoft’s E3 press conference, Insomniac Games’ brand new title is an open-world shooter that loved breaking the fourth wall during its preview.
Sony also announced this year that the PlayStation 4 would have a brand new white model available, which will be bundled with Bungie’s highly anticipated title, Destiny.
Microsoft’s white Xbox One is slated for release on October 28, 2014.
