The multi-platform patch that DICE has been working on for quite some time has been released on the PlayStation 4 and PS3 console versions of the game. Fans of the AAA title should finally be able to experience the game like it was advertised before its release as the update fixes some major issues in the gameplay.
The changes the update brings to the PlayStation 4 version of the game include:
- Increased damage for the Stealth Jet 20 mm cannons by 25%
- Normalized repair rates across all vehicles
- The M1 Abrams Coaxial HMG bug is fixed
- The ‘1hp’ dead solider bug is fixed
- Player spawning under the map in Lancang Dam is fixed
As Battlefield 4 has been released ‘prematurely’ according to most fans of the game and critics alike, DICE has been trying to fix most of the major issues that ruined the player’s experience. Do you believe that after the final update the game can finally get rid of its nickname ‘Betafield 4’?
