LMI Tech Disclosed the Release of Latest FlexScan3D 3.3.2 Software

The leading provider of innovations for 3D scanning, measurement, and assessment, LMI Technologies (LMI), reported the release of FlexScan 3.3.2 software version. The company is responsible for powering the HDI 3D scanners through 3D scanning technology, which makes it possible to create 3D digitized models of high and precise quality from real life materials or items.

The upgrades in the software accentuate the 3D scanning optimization through enclosing additional capabilities to the software, specifically in terms of automating manual workflow procedures. From physical objects as foundation of scanning, there will be an anticipated faster generation of digital 3D mock ups. The prototypes on hand can be used for inspection, reverse engineering, visualization, and 3D printing among others.

LMI Tech Disclosed the Release of Latest FlexScan3D 3.3.2 SoftwareThe chief executive officer of LMI Technologies, Terry Arden, claimed that the firm is developing means of making 3D scanning and other three-dimensional technologies handy. Arden indicated that 3D scanning is not a basic capability that one can master instantly. With the upgraded FlexScan3D version, easy 3D scanning can now be achieved through more visceral 3D scanning and automated procedures. Users will now have the capability to develop a 3D model much easier.

The latest version of FlexScan3D 3.3.2 includes key enhancements starting with Live Scanning. The new smart attribute detection is useful in automating the scanning process once a new position is set for the scan mark. The software has the capability of tracking movements within the scan target grid. It will decide by itself when to start a new scan. Completing a 3D model will become easier since extra efforts of going to and fro between the PC and scanner will now be eliminated.

Another major development in FlexScan3D 3.3.2 is the alignment 3D. Speeding up the alignment routine is now easier since the mesh geometry scheme is utilized in the software. If the scans are set in varying orientations, the feature will coordinate the two scans automatically. In other words, user interaction will become less.

Advanced features were also compiled in the latest software. The first advanced attribute in FlexScan3D 3.3.2 is the detached photogrammetry marker exposure. With this enhancement, the markets will be much easier to spot on scan directs with high contrast for scan positioning.

Motion control has also improved with the latest FlexScan3D software. You may now create your own incorporated motion control out of your built system for rotary control.

The latest FlexScan3D 3.3.2 is available with HDI 3D Scanners upon acquisition. The recent upgrade is available with additional Italian language support in place with French, English, Chinese, and German.
