During Gearbox’s panel at PAX Prime 2014, the company revealed that their upcoming game, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, will have four post-release downloadable content add-on packs (What a mouthful…). Gamers will also have the option of purchasing a season pass for the game that grants access to all upcoming content, at a discounted price.
Individually, each DLC pack will cost $9.99, while players who opt to nab the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Season Pass can expect to drop $29.99 (or your regional equivalent).
The downloadable content add-ons will include new characters, missions, and experiences.

There is also bonus content in the form of the “Shock Drop Slaughter Pit” for those who pre-order Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. Interestingly, the pre-order bonus will be available after the game’s release, but will not be included in the season pass.
Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is set to release on October 14th for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
