With Destiny coming out next week, Bungie is doing their best to keep gamers salivating. Sony diehards seem to be getting the most out of Destiny at initial launch with previously announced exclusive content, alongside the ability to play the game on PlayStation Vita via Remote Play from the PlayStation 4.
Imagine playing Destiny while you lay on your bed. Playing as and leveling up your Guardian has never been so comfortable.
Destiny On PlayStation Vita (via Remote Play)
In fact, Bungie has optimized Destiny‘s controls for the PlayStation Vita (as shown above), which allows players to summon your Ghost, throw grenades, and even melee attack using the Vita’s touchscreen.
Bungie had the following to say on the matter on the Official PlayStation Blog:
“One of the things we noticed during the week of the Destiny Beta was that a lot of PS4 owners were streaming Destiny to their PS Vitas via Remote Play. In fact, Destiny was the No. 1 title for Remote Play during the entire month of July, racking up the most Remote Play sessions of any PS4 title.”
Sony has released a video detailing Destiny‘s PlayStation Vita control scheme, as well as the various remote play features.

What are your thoughts on this news? If you have both a PlayStation 4 and a Vita, will you take advantage of Destiny via Remote Play? Or would you rather sit down in front of your television and play it that way?
