Microsoft have just released their revenue report for the quarter ending December 31st, 2013. The report outlines that Xbox sales last quarter have peaked at 7.4 million, including 3.9 million Xbox One consoles and 3.5 million Xbox 360 consoles.
An estimated $4.7 billion revenue for Xbox console sales worldwide has caused a 68.4 percent increase and an extra $1.9 billion revenue since their financial report last year.
Although Microsoft have hit a record revenue with the Xbox console, they are still trailing behind Sony with the Playstation 4.
Microsoft Surface tablet also had a revenue rise by a whopping 105 percent with last quarters sales nearing $900 million, a $500 million increase from the previous quarter.
