As most gamers already know, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be showcased at this year’s Tokyo Game Show in less than two weeks.
However, according to recent tweets by Hideo Kojima, there will be more at this year’s TGS than what was previously announced in regards to MGSV.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain TGS Details
As previously mentioned, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be shown off at this year’s Tokyo Game Show by way of both a new video and a stage presentation.
However, Hideo Kojima has just recently posted the following on his Japanese Twitter account (courtesy of DualShockers):
“At TGS We’ll do the stage several times a day. We’ll be in the venue for four days, both the business days and public days”.
“On Saturday and Sunday at TGS, during both the public days, we’ll have the “MGS5 Stage” with a team of celebrity guests. Please look forward to it”.
Metal Gear Solid fans are sure to be excited for the so-called “team of celebrity guests” Kojima mentioned. As for who will be on the aforementioned team, that remains to be seen.
Rumor and speculation says that the team will likely comprise of members of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain‘s development team, alongside voice actors and other key team members.
Apparently, a livestream of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain may also be in store. However, the gaming population cannot be sure until the Tokyo Game Show finally starts later this month.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain does not have an official release date as of yet, but hopefully it will be revealed at TGS. The game will release for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC.
