There are so many Sims 4 mods already out. Some are really useful, like bills which are realistically priced. Some are more physical, like the nakedness mod, and some have to do with pregnancy with all sexes.
Before I get to that bombshell, I’ll discuss the other two mods first.
“Realistic bills” basically eliminates the taxing that’s placed on certain bills. Sims 4 bundles income tax with the bills, what this mod does is remove taxes. Awesome! You’ll no longer get bills ranging from 10-20 thousand, the picture hereĀ shows a bill that was originally 8,000 reduced to 700. So if you want a simple mod that doesn’t fix the prices of bills to a set amount that’s too high, or too low, check out the mod page here.
If only real life were so easy…
The second mod removes the mosaic when your sim: uses the shower, toilet, breastfeeds or streaks. Nothing more to it. The mod works for all ages. If you’re a little creeped out, don’t worry! The game doesn’t actually render any details, so your eyes are safe. Here’s the mod page if you’d like to download this.
Finally, there’s a mod out there called “Babies For Everyone”, which allows everyone to have the option to “try for a baby” when having sex. So if two men decide to have sex, either one of them can get pregnant. This means adoption doesn’t have to be an option. You can have lesbian pregnancy, gay pregnancy, elderly pregnancy, male pregnancy and more. Be warned however! The mod doesn’t actually allow you to choose who gets pregnant, even with straight couples. So if you and your Mrs are getting down to business, you may be in for a bit of a shock when the dude gets pregnant. Male sims cannot also breastfeed or take pregnancy tests (because that would be weird). Hell, even Grim himself can get pregnant! Although I’d shudder to think what his kid would be like. Here’s the page for more information.
The Sims series has always been famous for the mods that people create, and the ones we’ve seen here are only among the few. There’s been a lot of criticism about the game itself, but the modding scene is as strong as ever, and I love seeing what the community can come up with.
