Design and Display

HTC Butterfly was released in October of 2012 with its  brilliant HTC screen, excellent build quality, decent battery back-up and great overall performance. The downside of this according to users is that the phone has complicated SIM card tray mechanism and awkward screen lock and power key placement. The screen size is 5 inches, the resolution is 1080 x 1920 pixels and the ppi is 441. On the other hand, the size of HTC One is 4.7 inches with the same pixels and 499 pixel density.

Features of Both Phones

The operating system for HTC Butterfly is Android 4.1 Java Support.  Its processor is 1.5 GHz quad-core with front and back camera. The OS on HTC One is Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) upgradable to 4.4.3 (KitKat). The primary camera has 2688 x 1520 pixels, autofocus, and LED flash while the secondary one has 2.1 MM.  This point considered it looks like HTC One is a better choice compared to the other.

Processor

When it comes to the display, the HTC Butterfly has the advantage. However, when it comes to the processor’s power, it is HTC One which scores more in comparison to HTC Butterfly. It is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor, which runs at a speed of 1.7GHz. It also has the 320 graphic processor, which powers the HTC One smartphone. Moreover, its CPU/GPU combination has been coupled with a RAM of 2GB.  HTC Butterfly has Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro Processor. Along with that you will also get a RAM of 2GB.
