Google Gmail Free Tips Chrome

Google’s Gmail has been around for as long as we can remember, and it has always been a great and free e-mail service. With current developments in the tech industry, Google might be changing some of its policies. Would it be far-fetched to assume we’ll one day pay for Gmail? We’re so accustomed to getting it free of charge that the idea seems preposterous. Still, Gmail is great and is constantly getting new features, features that cost money. Could Google be aiming for revenue optimization soon?

With the brand name of Google attached, it seemed like a relatively easy maneuver to hop on over. Those that are still awaiting the correct moment to apply to Gmail might find some of the new bells and whistles that have been recently added to Gmail rather tempting. Overall, we’ll be able to review the perks and reasons that the decision should come off as a no-brainer. After all, if you end up disliking the switch you can always revert back to your personal email. But once you give the entire Gmail experience a quick test drive, there’s no doubt you’ll find it to be an enlightening experience. Onto what’s primarily new on the Gmail scene; since there is no doubt a few quirks that’ll be invaluable to both your casual users and business partners.

With the upgrade, Gmail is now liable to offer the traits below to all potential users:

  • One-Shot Unsubscribe

This nifty little addition will pull out the middle-man when it comes to unsubscribing to those annoying promo emails that’re known to spam your mailbox. Instead of having the round-about way of contacting the subscriber, or going through to the website to manually attempt to unlist your email; the folks over at Gmail have taken it one step further. Instead of having to squander around to unsubscribe for those unwanted emails, all you have to do is type unsubscribe into the search box. Poof, now all of those emails will be removed from your inbox permanently.  Not to mention you’ll never have to see another promotional email in your inbox again from that source.

  • Send and Archive

While not exactly a phenomenal achievement, the pleasure of the Send & Archive addition is going to save you some overall sorting time. With this addition, the user will no longer need to manually move an email thread to a separate folder. All you have to do is select “Send & Archive” when you’re about ready to send the email. As soon as it’s sent, the program will move the email thread to a separate folder automatically. Therefore, it’ll definitely shave off some of the time in seeing that you don’t have to fuss with cleaning up after a day’s worth of emails in order to keep tabs on everything.

  • Read and Search Offline

While you might not be able to update the inbox while you’re offline, you can still surf through your emails and read them in the absence of an appropriate internet connection. Because there will be times that you have to check your Gmail and there’s not a guarantee that you’ll be in the range of Wi-Fi or any form of signal.  This’ll take care of that, but keep in mind that it does require a plug-in to function. The Gmail Offline extension needs to be downloaded so that it can synchronize with Gmail, then you’ll be able to view your mails without an active connection.

  • Add Emails to Task Window

For those users who are email-based employees, this update is going to save you a lot of hassle. Work emails will be granted primary access to your Gmail and dominate your inbox with the newfound Task Window. There,  all  of your work-based email can be marked and placed in that specific zone. Once you’ve managed to complete the task, it will be removed from the Window automatically.

So there are your pleasure and business reasons to look into getting the upgraded version of Gmail. We’d be interested to hear your input on the new extensions and availability, considering there are still some users that haven’t been integrated into Gmail. At least not yet, since Google is making an attempt here to control the email services with their superior numbers. But with ongoing updates such as these, the convenience with override the cons of signing up for Gmail. Leave a comment below whether you’re for or against using your Gmail for the above specified updates.
