Comparing Oppo Find 7 vs Moto G vs Xperia SP

So as you should be aware of by now, there are several other phones on the market to choose from instead of just iPhones and Samsung Galaxies. So for this piece we will be comparing Sony’s Xperia SP, Motorola’s Moto G, and Oppo Find 7. Just for a heads up we decided that Oppo Find 7 is the clear winner of what you need in a smartphone.

Motorola Moto G

Let’s first take a look at the latest Motorola offering, the Moto G is a curved, easy to grip, rubberized phone, with loudspeakers and a real panel. The IPS LCD screen protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating, measures 4.5 inches and has 720 x 1280 resolution with 326 ppi. The dimensions are 129.9 x 65.9 x 11.6 mm, weighing only 143 grams. Clocking in at 1.2 GHz, its four cores are powered by a Cortex A7 processor, and a Qualcomm MSM8226 Snapdragon 400, that has 1GB of Ram supported by the Adreno 305 GPU. However, the disappointment is in the 8GB and 16GB of internal memory, in which is not expandable. The OS is the Android v 4.3 (Jelly Bean) but can be upgraded to V 4.4.4 (KitKat) It has a 5MP back camera, with 1.3MP front camera feature. The non-removal battery has a capacity of 2070 and offers a fair amount of talk time. The Moto G 16B is priced at $180, and the 8GB is priced at $158, a reasonable price that will sure to fit many budgets.

 

Sony

Sony Xperia SP

This latest Sony phone is designed with a shape, unlike the Moto G has a plastic rear panel. The 4. 6 inch TFT display is coated with Corning Gorilla Glass, with 720 x 1280 pixel resolution and 319 ppi. Their devices are powered by their own Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 Technology, which helps in enhancing the viewing experience. The dimensions are 130.6 x 67.1 x 10mm, and weighing only 155 grams. Clocking in at 1.7 GHz, it has a 1GB of RAM supported by the Adreno 320 GPU and powered by the Qualcomm MSM8960T Snapdragon chipset. IT runs on V4.3 (Jelly Bean) and offers a LED Flash 8MP camera in the rear, autofocus, and several more features while having a VGA front camera. The non-removable battery has 19 hours of taking time, powered by the 2370 mAH, for 3G. The price is higher than the MOTO G at $234.

 

Oppo

Oppo Find 7

The Oppo Find 7 provides a glossy appearance with an elegant design, unlike their competitors. It weighs 171 grams with dimensions of 152.6 x 75 x 9.2 mm. The phone is much larger than the Xperia and Moto with an IPS LCD 5.5 inch screen, coated in Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It has a 543 ppi with a 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution. The Li-Po 3000mAH battery is removable and runs on the both the Adreno 330 GPU and quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait 400 processor. All powered by the Qualcomm MSM8974AC Snapdragon 801 chipset integrated with 3GB of RAM. It provides a good 32 GB of internal memory storage and support expandable memory slot with a microSD card up to 128GB. Operating on Android v4.3 (Jelly Bean) with ColorOS v1.2, it has a dual-LED Flash 13MP rear camera, with features of autofocus, face detection, HDR, and several more features. Additionally it also has 2160p@3ofps, 720p@12ofps, and 1080p@6ofps video recording capabilities and 5MP secondary camera. The phone is pricey however found on Amazon.com for $629.
