Coming Soon The Samsung Galaxy A Line

Samsung appears to be having plans to move forward with a new line of smartphones called Samsung Galaxy A. It is rumored that by the end of 2014, Samsung will release the three models under the names, Samsung Galaxy A7, Samsung Galaxy A5, and Samsung Galaxy A3. Let’s dive in and explore what we know so far about the phones.

Samsung Galaxy A3

Samsung Galaxy A3 details were revealed by a user agent profile, in which they have already past the TENAA certification in China. Under the SM-A300X codename.

What we know so far is that dimensions of the Galaxy A3 are 130.1 x 65.5 x 6.9 mm, with a 4.5 inch screen, which has a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, and weighs only 112 grams. The phone will be supported by the Adreno 306 GPU, clocking in at 1.2 GHz, supported by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, and offering 1GB of RAM.

The internal capacity of the Galaxy A3 will be 8GB but can be expanded up to 64GB with a microSD card. The 8MP fully capable camera will allow users to take and store a lot of pictures, as well as HD video recording, on both the back and front 5MP camera.

Android KitKat will power the latest phone that is priced at $350.

Samsung Galaxy A5

According to GSMArena, the second Galaxy model also passed China’s TENNA certification. SM-A500 is apparently is the new device’s codename.

The phone is expected to have a 5 inch HD screen with 720p resolution, and will be running on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Chip. Users will also be able to take high-quality photos with their 13MP camera. They will be able to store on their internal memory capacity of 16 GB while also using their microSD Card to max out on storage room.

The prices will initially be set at $400.

Samsung Galaxy A7

The Galaxy A7 is different from the other models, as it will have a dual SIM model, with a larger 5.5 inch HD display. The 13MP camera will do a good job of taking high-quality photos, with a Snapdragon 400 processor, and will have different versions available to other countries. While there is not yet known on the specs, it is rumored to be similar to Galaxy Alpha.

While this phone will be set at a $450 price.
