Today on the PlayStation Blog, the developer of Octodad: Dadliest Catch announced that you’ll be able to get two brand new levels for free, as part of the v1.03 patch which will be released on October 14th. On top of that for the week that the patch is released, Octodad: Dadliest Catch will be be 50% off, with a further 10% discount for PS Plus members.
The two new levels or Shorts as they’ve been named, are titled ‘Dad Romance’ and ‘Medical Mess’. They’ll both take place after the events of the story and will reveal how well Octodad and Scarlet got along after their meeting on the ‘Cod of War’, as well as what Stacy and Tommy are now doing with their “lavish amounts of free time“.
These two levels are free to everyone who owns Octodad as well as those who plan to purchase the game in the future, since they’ll be coming as part of the v1.03 patch and if your interested in getting the game, then nows a great time because Octodad will be on discount next week.
Starting October 14th Octodad: Dadliest Catch will get a 50% discount (€6.99) unless your a a PS Plus subscriber, in which case you’ll get a 60% discount meaning you can get it for €5.59.
