In this review we will be taking a look at the Samsung galaxy mega 6.3 and will be comparing it with the Lenovo Vibe Z2 pro. Both phones use the android system however the Samsung uses the nature UX UI user interface and the Lenovo uses the vibe 2.0 user interface. The Samsung has a dimension of 6.60 x 3.46″ and has a width of 0.31 inches. The Lenovo has a dimension of 6.14 by 3.20 inches and is 0.30 inches thick. The Lenovo weighs slightly less than the Samsung at 6.31 ounces and the Samsung weighs 7.02 ounces.
The screen resolution of the Lenovo phone is somewhat better than the Samsung and has a pixel resolution of 1440 x 2560. The Samsung has a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. The pixel density of the Lenovo is 490 PPI where as the density of the Samsung is 233 PPI. Both phones also contain light sensors and proximity sensors and have multi-touch touch screens.
Both of these smart phones come with cameras that have a selection of features including auto-focus, digital zoom and Geo tagging modes. The Lenovo has a back facing camera which is 16 megapixels and a front facing camera which is 5 megapixels. The Samsung has a front facing camera which is 1.9 megapixels and back facing camera which is 8 megapixels.
Both smart phones use the QUALCOMM snapdragon system on Chip hardware and the Lenovo has a quad core 2500 MHz Krait 464 bit processor, whilst the Samsung has a dual core 1700 MHz krait 300 processor. The Samsung has 1536 MB of RAM in its system memory and the Lenovo has 3072 of megabytes RAM. The Samsung has 8 GB of built in storage, where as the Lenovo has 32 GB. However, the Samsung has micro SD storage expansion.
The battery time of the Lenovo is slightly better than the Samsung and has 45 hours on average of talk time compared to the Samsung which only has 18 hours. The Lenovo also has 39.5 days of standby time where as the Samsung only has 19 days. The Lenovo smart phone is generally more powerful than the Samsung and has more features, as well as a longer battery life and we would therefore choose it for these reasons over the other phone.
