Finally, Lenovo broke their silence and broke the news on their new Yoga Tablet 2 Pro. Ashton Kutcher first introduced the tablet, although known for being an actor, is also the product engineer for Lenovo.

The IPS 13.3 inch display of the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 Pro supports 2560 x 1440 pixel Quad HD resolution. With 2GB of RAM and quad-core Atom Z3745 processor, which is clocking at 1.86 GHz. Running of the latest Android KitKat v4.4 OS, it has 32GB internal memory capacity, with a microSD card slot for up to 64GB of expandable memory.

Weighing only 970 grams, the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 Pro is 0.14 inches thick, with an 8MP primary camera and 1.6MP secondary camera. The Lenovo offers a pretty impressive battery that when fully charged can give users up to 15 hours.

A Pico projector is featured on the tablet, which provides the capabilities of videos and project presentations at WVGA resolution of 854 x 480 pixels on a flat surface. If you use the Pico project feature continuously, you will run out battery life within 3 hours. Equipped with two 1.5W speakers and a 5W JBL subwoofer, the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 Pro makes a watching movies a good experience.

The big kickstand is one of the outstanding features that comes with four modes: Hang, Tilt, Stand, and Hold, a release button, and more importantly is very stable. The new feature Hang allows you to hang the device to a wall, so something a lot of others can’t offer which sets this newest edition apart. Ashton Kutcher’s 4D image is featured which will help you using the new features that Yoga Tablet 2 Pro provides.

Priced at $499, the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 Pro is looking to be released in stores at the end of October.
