Samsung was ready with its reply to Apple much before the Cupertino Company released the iPhone 6 Plus phablet in the market. A phablet is a gadget which combines the specifications of a smartphone and a tablet.

Display and Design
Samsung gadgets have long been mocked at for being cheap devices made of plastic. Galaxy Note 4 has been created with a determination to change this basic view. The basic design of the gadget is made of plastic even at present, but Samsung has incorporated metal frames for its covering that gives it a sophisticated look. It has round edges and the display screen is prevented from breakage with the Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is a light-weight device at 176 grams and has a resolution of 1440 x 2560.
Hardware and Operating System
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 runs on two separate processors. One of the processor has the Snapdragon 805 chipset and clocked at 2.7GHz. The other processor has Exynosocta core processor, a processor which has been built by Samsung. Exynos is created in such a way that it makes use of 2 quad core processors, one of them being used for bulky tasks and the other one for mild tasks. One of these two quad core processor is clocked at 1.3 GHz while the other one is clocked at 1.9GHz. It is available in 3GB RAM with internal storage of 32GB. If you want more memory space, you have the option of using a microSD card to expand the storage up to 128 GB. In the operating system section, though Galaxy Note 4 runs on Android 4.4, it is believed that its specifications are so good that it can also run on the upcoming Android L.
Camera
The camera department is where Samsung Galaxy Note 4 excels on a large scale. Though its megapixels is the same as the one found in Galaxy S5, i.e. 16 megapixels, the additional feature to note here is Optical Image Stabilization. Along with this, its camera also offers LED flash. When both these features are integrated, it allows the user to shoot amazing photos even if the lighting is poor. Its back camera will be able to click pictures and shoot videos at 4K. Its front facing camera delivers 3.7 megapixels. The primary use of front facing camera is to make video calls related to business.
Battery
As always, the phablets made by Samsung are not very good in the battery department. The same is the case with Galaxy Note 4 too. Those people who often use their device outside their home where there is no charging facilities will not like Galaxy Note 4 as it offers very less battery power. At 3220 mAh, the battery life of this device will die out very soon after it is taken off the charging equipment.
