On October 16th, Apple Inc. conducted a press event to unveil its newest updates to the media. These updated gadgets were one from the iPad Air series called iPad Air 2, the Retina iMac and one of the latest new features of iOS 8, i.e. the Apply Pay.
At 6.1mm, though Air 2 resembles the iPad Air, it’s even more slender than iPad Air.The switch to silence the device was present in iPad Air but has been removed from iPad Air 2.
The Cupertino Company has also announced an updated version of its iPad mini called iPad mini 3 which is available in three colors namely silver, gold and grey.
iPad Air 2 will come in three memory storage capacities, 16GB, 64GB and 128GB.On the Wi-Fi front, iPad Air 2 offers 802.11ac whereas additional LTE bands delivering higher speeds of nearly 150Mbps is provided in cellular section. One of the best additional features of iOS 8.1 is Apple Pay, using which users can make online payments through their device. It is an in-built application which cannot be deleted from the device and uses your Touch ID fingerprint scanner to sanction your payments.
The new iMac is great in many departments, its retina display being one of the major advancements.
