Some Guardians may be stuck pulling double shifts till Destiny’s sign in problems clean up.

In the wake of the recent 2.0 update some PS4 players have started encountering problems where they can’t sign into Destiny after downloading the new update. These issues seem to only be affecting the PS4 version and not every PS4 gamer seems to be effected by it.

In response to these complaints, Bungie has stated on their Twitter Help page that “We are actively investigating issues impacting players’ ability to sign in to Destiny on PlayStation 4“. On the games Reddit page, gamers seem to be blaming it on the 2.0 update and while some players were eventually allowed to log on after waiting a few hours, other gamers seem to have found a fix by hard resetting their consoles.

Along with signing in problems, Bungie are also currently looking into claims that some players ammo synthesis packs aren’t working. Until this problem is fixed Bungie are recommending that players consumable inventory items aren’t full since this may be what’s causing the problem and that if your carrying the maximum amount of packs that your put some away in the Vault, to prevent the above problem.

Since the release of the 2.0 update some PS4 players have been running into trouble trying to sign into Destiny and Bungie have confirmed on twitter that they are looking into the problem.

Update: Bungie has just taken to Twitter to state that “Issues preventing PlayStation 4 players from signing into Destiny are resolving. We appreciate your patience“.
