Today on Twitter I came across a screenshot of WWE 2K15 Superstar Studio, via @WrestlingINC.com. In the screenshot former SHIELD member Dean Ambrose has been edited in Superstar Studio to reflect his current “lunatic fringe” attire. Over on the 2K WWE 2K15 Forums, I came across a second Superstar Studio edit screenshot. In the second screenshot, Seth Rollins has been edited from his SHIELD attire to reflect his current attire as a member of the Authority.
WWE 2K15 is an action wrestling game, developed by Yuke’s and published by 2K sports, scheduled to be released November 18 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox one.
My Take: By looking at the screenshots alone it seems that Superstar Studio is miles ahead of Superstar heads from last years WWE 2K14. The customization of Superstar Studio looks and sounds real promising by going off the screenshots and what 2K has promised about the mode. I’m getting a WWF NO Mercy on the Nintendo 64 vibe from the ability and customization to edit WWE superstars through Superstar Studio. November 18th can’t get here soon enough.
