Support KickStarter Bloodline for 2D Online Fighting Game

Visionary Outlook, a mass media company striving to show the world another way of thinking by using the art of visuals in order to place the audience on a journey of a lifetime, has started a crowd-funding campaign for Bloodline: the Animated Series, or more specifically, the first 24 minute episode of this science fictional story. This television show is about 16-year-old boy named Zeinshaw Rollin who happens to be a misunderstood high school student whose ancestors in ancient times came from a planet called “Hopeskin.” As the title hints, Zeinshaw is the reincarnation of the first king of the Royal Bloodline. Here’s a short preview from the trailer:

After watching the footage, players might have noticed that this creative show will feature some interesting fighters and awesome combat scenes in reference to Dragon Ball Z and Naruto. What’s not shown from this short video is that fact that the creator is planning to add “characterized social networking”; basically, Visionary Outlooks has added characters into social networks like Facebook and will upload posts and photos for certain episodes.

Note: Although I don’t normally insert my personal opinion in my articles, I strongly believe that more western animators and cartoon-developing companies should implement more social media scenes as a way preserve culture over time like some Japanese anime shows like Samurai Flamenco, Psycho-Pass, Space Dandy, etc. Then, we can re-watch these episodes and examine how these characters might misuse or take advantage of social networks as a problem or not.

So where’s the game in this fund-raiser? The creator is currently working on a 2D online fighting game. Supporters can snag a digital copy by contributing at least 40 USA dollars. Unfortunately, they have only provided this one screenshot with little to nonexistent details. Hopefully over time, Visionary Outlook will release more facts as the deadline approaches in 14 days, but the developer will need $87,112 for the initial goal of $100,000 before players can even think about receiving this Street Fighter-like game in December 2015.
