New images from Telltale Games’ eagerly awaited Game of Thrones have leaked online.
The 8 images feature some well-known characters from George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire series, with Margaery Tyrell and the Lannister siblings — Jaime, Cersei and Tyrion — been brought to life through Telltale Games’ signature artwork. Additionally, some of the iconic locations from Westeros can be seen in the background, including the capital city of King’s Landing.
Last month, Telltale Games vice president Steve Allison explained how the development team is taking their “multi-protagonist design even further” in the title, allowing players to assume the role of five characters “from the same family whose choices affect everyone in the family.”

Similar to the The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us and Telltale’s upcoming Tales from the Borderlands — with the latter having a new trailer recently revealed — Game of Thrones will be released in a 6-episode format and the name of the first episode was also confirmed: “Iron From Ice.”
Game of Thrones’ first episode is rumoured to launch later this year for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
