Robert Allen Peeler, the online community manager for Kojima Productions’ Los Angeles-based studio, has posted Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes’ PC specifications on a Steam community board.
According to Peeler, Ground Zeroes has both the “minimum and recommended specs” for PC users to choose from.
“We have both the minimum and recommended specs to play the game, and while there’s a good chance your rig can pull off a variety of in-game settings with a different piece of hardware than what’s listed below, we hope this gives you a good idea of what you’ll need to see the Fox Engine in action on your home computer,” he wrote.
Minimum specifications:
— OS: Windows Vista 64-Bit or later
— Processor: Core i5 SandyBridge 4Core (4 Thread) 2.7GHz or above
— Memory: 4 GB RAM or above
— Graphics: GeForce GTX 650 or above
— DirectX: Version 11 or above
Recommended specifications:
— OS: Windows Vista 64-Bit or later
— Processor: Core i5 SandyBridge 4Core (4 Thread) 2.7GHz or above
— Memory: 8 GB RAM or above
— Graphics: GeForce GTX 760 or above
— DirectX: Version 11 or above
With Ground Zeroes scheduled for release next month on PC, Peeler once again emphasised the importance of “getting your feedback,” as the online manager left a similar message last week when he asked for the community’s feedback on Ground Zeroes and Hideo Kojima’s eagerly awaited follow-up installment, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
Running on Kojima Productions’ Fox Engine, Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will launch on December 18th for PC. If you’re interested in finding out more details on Ground Zeroes before purchasing it on PC, have a read of Gamer Headlines’ summary of the title on consoles.
