Tennis In The Face Review

Tennis In The Face is the next game to come out of 10Tons, the small indie studio that has made its fair share of small but quality games up to now. Tennis In The Face continues the line of quality titles with its extremely addicting gameplay and fun art style. 

The game itself revolves around simple angry bird like mechanics. Simply serve a tennis ball and try and take out as much as you can in that particular level. The less balls you use, the better the score, simple. The rating is out of 3 stars making it feel like a simple mobile game, in fact the game itself is also available on mobiles and works well as the touch controls are as precise. 

The game has a ton of levels to play through. Each level increases with difficulty adding various things from tougher enemies to exploding crates of soda to mini puzzles that will help to get that 3 star rating. These little things break up the pace nicely and add a reason to keep playing. I found spending a simple 5 minutes with Tennis In The Face could easily turn into an hour or 2.

Story wise as you would expect is rather basic, you must help Pete save the city from an evil drinks corporation using your extra ordinary tennis skills. The games Ragdoll physics make funny moments, especially when you get a headshot or even a nut shot. The characters’ faces have animations depending on where they are hit too.

So Tennis In The Face is another successful title to add to 10Tons line of great releases. It truly is a brilliantly fun game with the gravity to pull you back again and again and once you have finished the game you will most certainly go back to beat your previous score.
