A few months ago, it was announced that Free to play shooter Loadout would be coming to PS4. Today, developers Edge of Reality have announced that Loadout will be coming to PlayStation 4 on Wednesday December 17th. If you’re a Playstation Plus member, you will receive the ‘SuperFan Bonus Pack’ which includes some PlayStation themed character skins.
‘You’ll be able to experience the ventilated torsos, burnt body hair, and embarrassingly huge gun collections of Loadout in just about two weeks, rendered in all the gruesome detail that the PS4 can provide. We can’t wait to see all of you running around in our world and leaving little pieces of your friends all over it.’
Loadout is a free to play third person shooter that originally launched on Steam in January 2014. The game has a completely over the top cartoon style and revolves around multiplayer matches with different game modes. Loadout also has a huge amount of weapon and character customisation.
Edge of Reality have also put together a PlayStation 4 launch trailer, which you can check out below.
Loadout will be free to download on PlayStation 4 on December 17th.
